What’s With the 80?
Path 80 is named for the federal requirement that many individuals receiving Medicaid benefits may soon need to meet: 80 hours a month of work, school, or community engagement to retain coverage. But we’re not waiting for that mandate to take effect we’re helping people get ahead of it now.
We believe those 80 hours should lead to something better, not just fulfill a box on a form. Whether it’s short-term training, a community college program, a certification, or a career pivot we’re helping individuals build lives, not just check requirements.

- Individuals: Facing job loss, benefit cuts, or major life transitions
- Community Colleges: Looking to enroll more students and increase program access
- Nonprofits & Workforce Agencies: Needing trusted referral partners and field-based insight
- Healthcare Navigators: Seeing Medicaid clients fall through the cracks
We are the bridge. Path 80 helps connect real people to real opportunities with no cost to the individuals we serve.
What We Do
- Conduct 1-on-1 discovery sessions to uncover skills, needs, and personal goals
- Research and recommend training, certification, and placement options
- Refer and support individuals through enrollment into education or work-readiness programs
- Build referral relationships with nonprofits, colleges, and community orgs
- Partner with health agencies during redetermination and benefit-loss periods
- Track progress and provide follow-up insight to funding and mission-driven partners
Why It Matters
There is a gap between people and programs. Between benefits and better lives. Between good intentions and clear direction.
