Ready to Reflect, Rebuild and Rise?
Welcome to Ridea Works where bold ideas and practical tools come together.
Whether you’re an individual ready for a life shift or an organization looking to support your people through change, Ridea Works offers the structure and strategy to help make transformation real. This is where purpose, planning, and power meet.
Our Mission:
To help people reflect boldly, rebuild wisely, and rise with purpose.
OUR FRAMEWORK:
REFLECT
Before anything can shift, we pause.
Whether you’re an individual seeking clarity or an organization ready to support your people through change we begin with guided reflection. For individuals, that might mean taking a deeper look at your career, your choices, or your legacy. For teams or communities, it means holding space to listen, question, and realign with purpose.
You can’t rebuild what you haven’t truly seen. We help you or your people see clearly themselves, their options, and their power.
REBUILD
Once the gaps are visible, it’s time to rebuild with intention. Whether you’re an individual redefining your next chapter, or a community partner helping others do the same, we offer real-world tools and systems to support lasting change. That might look like navigating job transitions, restoring financial confidence, or rebuilding access to health coverage and support.
For organizations, we help design pathways that empower your people: one decision, one system, one brick at a time.
RISE
Rebuilding gives you stability, rising helps you achieve your vision. This is where individuals step into their next chapter: prepared, confident, and grounded in who they are. This is where organizations see the return on investment with people rising with clarity, capacity, and purpose.
Whether it’s creating a legacy plan, launching a business, or building a life that feels like your own, we support people and the programs that lift them. Because when people rise, communities do too and we’re here to help make that happen.
Meet Our Founder: Maria Williams

Hi I’m Maria Williams, M.A. Ed., founder of Ridea Works LLC. I began my career in purchasing, where I learned how systems work, how decisions are made, and how preparation affects real outcomes. While purchasing was my entry point, I quickly discovered that training was where I thrived. Helping people understand complex processes and move forward with clarity became the most meaningful part of my work.
That focus led me into education and training leadership, including teaching at the high school level, facilitating adult learning programs, and later serving in roles focused on regulatory compliance and strategic procurement. Across these environments, I saw how confusion, missing information, and lack of structure created stress during moments that matter the most. Those experiences shaped the projects:
- Just Quit and Live grew out of my own struggle with misalignment in work and the desire to choose a more intentional path.
- The Black Folder Project grew from witnessing how difficult things become when death occurs and critical information is scattered or unavailable.
- Path 80 reflects my background in systems and my belief that people need clear pathways, not just information.
- Where’s Your Lipstick (WYL) grew from my relationship with my mother and reflects the belief that dignity, presence, and self expression matter at every stage of life.
- SEPA grew out of conversations with a close friend as we brainstormed what was truly needed in our community and how to create thoughtful, people centered solutions.
A cancer diagnosis in 2019 became a turning point that clarified my priorities and led me into health insurance and client advocacy. Today, I help people navigate Medicare, Marketplace, life insurance, and planning decisions that directly affect their stability and peace of mind. Ridea Works brings all of these experiences together to help people reflect honestly, rebuild thoughtfully, and move forward with confidence through practical education, systems thinking, and real world guidance.
